Returns
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The return request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or defective).
Customized or personalized jewelry.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Return Process
To request a return:
Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
