Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During festive seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are:

Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate. UTSAV is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to the recipient's unavailability or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the package and product.

International Shipping

Currently, UTSAV ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
